As Founder and CEO of Meyana Energy, he has driven the company's growth from waste-to-energy into natural gas, power generation, and renewable energy. He also leads Meyana Consulting, advising on sustainable development and capacity building across public and private sectors.
Originally an academic with a PhD in Environmental Microbiology, he spent 16 years lecturing at the University of Jos before transitioning into industry. His expertise is supported by advanced training from the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies, the University of Wolverhampton, and others.

Cybersecurity consultant and technology leader with deep technical experience across information security, threat analysis, product development, and security programme delivery. His career spans hands-on security operations, cyber threat detection, incident response, platform development, and the delivery of practical security solutions for UK organisations.
He has supported over 100 UK organisations in reducing cyber risk, strengthening security controls, achieving recognised certifications, and embedding security into daily operations. He holds an MSc in Cybersecurity and is an Assured Cybersecurity Advisor under the UK National Cyber Security Centre.
As CTO of ADAVEL Fund, David brings strong technical leadership, product-building experience, and platform development expertise. He leads the technology strategy, oversees secure and scalable platform delivery, and ensures the business builds reliable digital products with security, performance, and user trust at the core.
